A PayPal Payment by Bank Transfer is considered "pending" until the payment amount has been received by PayPal and credited to your PayPal account. It is the sole responsibility of the payment’s sender to complete the payment by bank transfer from his own bank account. In case the payment is still open after 7 days, PayPal will automatically remind the sender by email. Any payment that has not been completed after 30 days will be cancelled automatically.

说任何通过银行给你转的钱都是处于解决中，一直到PP收到那个金额并给你加到你的帐户上。这个是那个发款银行的单方责任。如果这个发款交易7天后还没解决，也就是说还处于公开状态，PP会自动提醒发款方。任何交易如果不能在30天内完称，都会被自动取消。
