最讨厌英文写作了，尤其要写长篇大论

内容如下:

今天是相当疯狂的一天,相信部分会员已经在GPF获知关于PP正在逐步关闭PTR站长的帐号的事情.我也已经看到.其中有些站点的站长经过交涉依然没能使帐号解封,而另一方面有些站长为了防止PP封帐号也已经开始对站点规则进行修改，将下线级数改为只支持一级下线.我们都知道大部分的广告商使用PP作为付款方式，而75%以上的会员使用PP作为支付方式,因而如果不对站点规则做修改是非常危险的一件事,这是一个艰难的选择,不论是要求会员不再使用PP作为付款方式还是抛弃PP作为广告商支付的方式,都对站点的利益有影响.而如果改动下线级数则是让会员承担了所有的损失.经过仔细的考虑后，我决定不修改下线级数,以不牺牲会员利益为前提,做出一些改动,但是PP的支付依然会继续,只是可能稍微慢一点，也希望大家理解.如果PP的帐号被封,我们也将增加新的支付方式,希望大家能继续支持本站.另外我希望所有使用PP作为付款方式的会员从现在开始能够考虑采用其他的方式,我个人推荐MB.
我们将在近期添加新的支付方式.

As you probably know, today is an extremely crazy day. I believe, some of you, guys have already found this stuff from GPF: Paypal now starts to close all PTR Administrators' Paypal account gradually. I also knew that some certain PTR Administrators contacted Paypal, trying to get over this problem, unfortunately the trouble is still there. On the other hand, some PTR Administrators have made something special to prevent their Paypal accounts from being banned, such as changing the rules (only one downline level allowed). We all know that most of advertisers are using Paypal as the No.1 payment processor and 75% members as well. Therefore, No changing on the site rules is supposed to be quite dangerous. This could be a difficult decision for any PTR site both to ask members to do not use Paypal as their payment processor and to throw Paypal away, as there will be more or less bad influence on site anyway.
Changing the rules to only one downline level allowed will affect lots of members' benefits, so I would not do that! After my deep consideration, I decided that I will still use Paypal as the payment processor, but the payouts speed might slow down a little bit. I do hope every member can understand my situation and I am doing what I can do now to keep my site running well. If someday my Payplay account also get banned, I will put new payouts processors on my site. I suggest all members to start to think about your new payments processors, like Moneybookers (recommended).
I will add new payouts processors Asap.

Today is a much crazy day. I believe some members have known the news that Paypal is closing Paypal accounts of all PTR Administrators gradually. I also knew that the accounts of some PTR Administrators have not been opened after contacting Paypal. On the other hand, some PTR Administrators have modifying the rules in order to prevent their Paypal accounts from being banned, for example, only one level of downline can be allowed.

We all know that most of advertisers are using Paypal as the option of payment and 75% members are using paypal as the option of requesting payout. So no changes on the rule of the site is supposed to be quite dangerous. This is a difficult choice. Whether asking member not using paypal as the option of payment or throwing it away for the advertisers as the option of issuing payout, all these will exert more or less bad influence on the profit of the site anyway.

And changing the levels of downline will make members undergo all the loss. So I decide to make some changes without sacrificing the profit of the members instead of modifying the levels of downline after careful consideration,

Although the payout using paypal will be continued, it may probably be lasted for a longer period of time than ever before. I do hope you can understand the situation.  

If Paypal accounts are  banned, we will add new options of payment on the site. I do hope all of you can continue supporting our site as before.

I suggest that all the members who using paypal as the option of payment to start considering any other options of payment including Moneybookers (recommended).

哎，要是能把英文翻成中文为看就好了。呵呵...
